Welcome to Three Mamas! I'm Shayza, an NHS nurse who struggled with my own breastfeeding journey back in 2017. My personal struggles ignited the spark behind our lactation supplements, which have been thoughtfully formulated to support mothers facing similar hurdles in their attempt to breastfeed for as long as they would like.
